Connect to PAR Punchh
Go to the Destinations overview page and click the Add destination button. Select PAR Punchh and click Continue. You can then authenticate Hightouch to PAR Punchh.
Enter the following fields into Hightouch:
- Server name: The subdomain of your Punchh instance (e.g. if your URL is https://placeholder.punchh.com, enter 'placeholder').
- API key: Your Punchh business admin API key.
Sync configuration
Once you've set up your PAR Punchh destination and have a model to pull data from, you can set up your sync configuration to begin syncing data. Go to the Syncs overview page and click the Add sync button to begin. Then, select the relevant model and the PAR Punchh destination you want to sync to.

Record matching
To match rows from your model to segments in PAR Punchh, you need to select a model column and corresponding PAR Punchh field. You can match on any of the following PAR Punchh fields:
- User ID
Field mapping
Hightouch lets you sync segment fields via field mapping. You can map data from any of your model columns to the default segment fields. Ensure your model's columns have the same data types as the fields you want to sync to.
