Hightouch offers a suite of tools that help marketers gain confidence in the recommendations and understand how to enhance their creatives for better outcomes.
The inspector displays both past and upcoming planned actions taken for each customer. On this screen you can:
- Search for specific customers to see the sequence of messages that they’ve received
- Spot check upcoming planned actions
- Select a set of users to see all of the messages planned for that cohort
Once an action is selected, you can view a preview of what that specific message looks like and see the data fields that are sent to the engagement platform.
