Salesforce Pardot

Run better email campaigns on Salesforce Pardot with up-to-date customer data from your data warehouse


After selecting Pardot from our Destinations catalog, you will be prompted to initiate an OAuth flow. Connect to Pardot via OAuth by logging into your Pardot account. Then, input your Business Unit Id, which can be found in your Pardot App by navigating to Setup > Pardot > Pardot Account Setup. If your Pardot account type is Pardot Developer Org, then input in the optional Pardot Custom Domain field.


Hightouch currently supports syncing the following Pardot objects:

  • Prospect

Sync Modes

  • Upsert - pushes new objects to Pardot and updates fields that change in your warehouse.
  • Update - only updates particular fields on existing objects in Pardot. It does not add new objects.

Record Matching

Records can be matched from your source to your Pardot workspace by email only.

Field Mapping

You can sync columns from your source to Pardot's object properties.

Delete Mode

You can choose what Hightouch's behavior is when records leave the query result set. The default is doing nothing, but you can also set Hightouch to delete the Pardot objects.
