As we wrap up an incredible 2024, we’re overwhelmed with gratitude for our customers, partners, and team. This year made one thing apparent: enterprises are fully embracing the Composable CDP. We’re not a scrappy startup anymore; we’re changing how the biggest companies in the world turn their data into action and value.

2024: The year that enterprises went all-in on Hightouch

This enterprise adoption shows up in our data. There’s a stat we’ve been tracking since we first got started that visualizes this in staggering terms: “records updated.” What does this mean? Hightouch “updates records” whenever a team uses us to add a new customer in Salesforce, update a product catalog in Iterable, or send a new Slack notification. Basically, any time a company puts its data to work, and gets value from it! And this year, companies used us to update 2 trillion records—a massive, massive increase from a record-breaking 2023.

Some of our enterprise fit is apparent in the companies that chose us. Household names like PetSmart, WeightWatchers, and Morning Brew shared their success stories publicly. Dozens of new Fortune 100 and 500 companies adopted Hightouch to build value from their existing data investments.

Hightouch doesn’t just give us access to data. It unlocks campaign velocity. We’re able to segment audiences on any data point and spin up a new campaign in SFMC in minutes. The time it takes to launch a new campaign has gone from weeks to minutes.

2024: The year that AI Decisioning changed enterprise marketing

While scaling a business is fun, there’s something special about bringing something new to the market. This fall, we launched our most ambitious product ever, AI Decisioning. It replaces manual journey orchestration and audience building with AI agents and reinforcement learning. Within weeks of the launch, we deployed AI Decisioning at two enterprise retailers and were blown away by the results. A global 2000 company increased conversions on a key cross-sell initiative by over 40%, driving hundreds of thousands of revenue within just a few weeks.

In just a few months, AI Decisioning has already made more than 300 million decisions to personalize over 50 million customer experiences. AI Decisioning fits enterprises: it works on top of all the data in their data warehouses and its decisions only improve with scale. We’re excited to onboard more companies and keep shipping new features within AI Decisioning in 2025.

2024: The people that made it all worthwhile

It takes a village to change how enterprises around the world use their data to personalize marketing.

Partnerships have been a key part of that success story. We’ve shipped joint products with companies (see Smart Ingest). We’ve onboarded over a hundred new customers with partners like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google. We’ve partnered with top tier consulting and systems integration partners like Artefact, Tredence, Deloitte Digital, Massive Rocket, and Monks to deliver additional value on top of our customers’ investments in their data warehouse and Hightouch. This was also the first year an agency, Sasquatch, dedicated their entire business strategy to supporting composable CDP projects on Hightouch!

Our internal team has grown at record rates to support our growth—with top-tier talent like Josh Kanagy, Elli Eldiwany, and dozens of brilliant peers across the globe and every career function. On that note, if you’re looking for your next opportunity, we’re hiring!
